Take away the back pain that has been hindering you for so long
How to eat for optimum health….

What ever your motivation is its going to take HARD WORK.
No one became successful by taking the easy road.
If you want it, fight for it. No excuses.

Photo shoot prep. 1 week to go!

I planned on this upcoming photo shoot 4 weeks ago then immediately fell ill for 2 weeks straight after. Talk about annoying! No gym, normal eating was out the window. Felt really weak :/
Comp was almost 2 months ago and although I went travelling afterwards for the entire month I kept my food clean and got workouts in where and when I could. Yes even if all I had was the beach and my own bodyweight!
I managed to maintain most of my comp results throughout and had a few weeks back in Dubai getting stuck in again. So seems to have done the trick :)
Back in the saddle again now and feeling ON FIRE!

Drop body fat – Get LEAN

Challenge this month to drop some body fat and get LEAN.

October is already amazing and going to be even more incredible!

Big changes are happening!

My challenge to you is to clear your cupboards of processed junk.
Ditch the grains, sugar and soda.

Focus on making meals from protein (chicken, fish, lean beef, egg whites), good fats (avocado, my fav-coconut oil, walnut oil) , vege’s (get some greens pumping) and enough starch to fuel activity levels.

Abs are made in the kitchen and then of course with a bit of flex-o-logy ;)

It’s crunch time. Our last week. This is where all those countless hours of hard work for months come to shine.
All that chicken, all those greens and all that sweat and yes even tears pay off!

Every day
Every workout
Every set and rep
The energy you put into it
The mental state in which you hold
Your game face
The precise portions
The precious minutes that you sleep and rest
Eeeeveeeerrrry little tiiiiiny detail counts!

I know your brains are probably mush right now but
make it better than ANYTHING you’ve ever done to date.

Lets go in with a blaze of glory and ROCK THE JOINT!!!

October is all about making magic happen!

Make October one to remember.

This month is extra special because you get to focus on your dreams and make it happen.
Everybody has at least one thing they have been thinking about but not quite had the guts to go for. This is where procrastination stops and stepping out on your own two feet and making magic begins!

After spending a few days with an old friend who came to visit. She told me her journey of how she always wanted to work on boats.
In fact I know this is true because 3 years ago when we both moved to Sydney she set out to do exactly that.
This month she is finally biting the bullet and setting out on an amazing adventure sailing around Europe and most likely the rest of the world. Go girl!!

This is one example of making your dreams reality. It’s really quite astounding what one can achieve when you learn to direct and manifest your thoughts.

For me as most of you know I will be going to Paris to compete at Fitness Universe, a dream I have had for the past 6 months.
Hard work and determination have led me to this point and I have never been more excited and ready to make it all happen!

October is your month and I challenge you to put it to the test. Whether it be a fitness, personal, professional goal (or all of the above!) I want to hear some amazing stories from you!
