Great exercise for hamstrings, glutes and back.
Many other muscles come into play to help stabilise as well like your core – bonus!
Throw 3 sets of 10-12 in the mix next leg day and feel the burn!
We all dream of washboard abs yes? Cue Peter Andre. Ok maybe not quite but hey he definitely left an 8 pack impression on the 90′s scene!
As we all know by now an amazing core doesn’t start with crunches but with a full body routine, core activation, cardio and an amazing diet.
Once you have that down throw this little number in at the end of your workouts to seriously ramp up that 8 pack!
Start with a 2 minute plank for super activation. Get it burning!!
(If you cant hold 2 mins yet, keep jumping back in until you can!)
Then complete each exercise for 30 reps each and repeat sequence 3 times!

3 x 10 Decline bench russian twist with either a plate or dumbbell. You pick your weight-make it heavy but do-able…just
3 x 10 S/B Roll Out
20 x S/B Mountain Climbers (hands on the ball)
Once your core is cooking, go on to….
1 x Leg Press HEAVY to failure
3 x 10 B/B Squat Press
20 x Split Squat Jump
2 x 10 Static Lunge ( 1o each side )
2 x 10 D/B Traveling Lunges
100 x knee high skips
**Repeat 3 times**
