Ok! so it’s nearly the end of Week 1 – May Fitness Challenge. Congrats!
It’s a tough one to get started on but after this week your strength will increase, your cardiovascular levels will go up and if you’ve been following the nutritional guide lines your waistline will be shrinking too! After your rest day on Saturday you’ll be rip-roaring ready to smash into week 2! Woop Woop!

Remember during this time to really maximize your fatloss and strength gaining results its super important to keep your food diary up to date so we can see how you are going
Key points to help you get the best results
Drink 2+ Liters of water per day (and an extra one to replace fluid loss from workout!)
Fill up on lots of yummy greens. They’re low in calories and high in essential nutrients
Keep your food diary close and workout checklist in full view
Pick yourself a mantra that will help get you to the gym! Mine today is ‘ Bikini body! bikini body! ‘
Limit high processed carbohydrates and increase lean protein amounts.
Challenge yourself always. Only you have to answer to yourself in the mirror.
If I haven’t been able to take you through the first workout then please book in with me pronto!
After your first 2 weeks if all your checklist is complete then you can progress to Level 2 with a new workout to really amp up your results!
