Total Body Cleanse

Feel the need to detox? I bet at some point you have felt like giving your body a thorough cleanse. Whether it be after a festive season or you just haven’t been feeling on top of your game.
Remember to eat CLEAN, drink LOADS and LOADS of water and catch some good shut eye when embarking on a cleanse.

As promised here is the low down on the  product I am using during my cleanse…

This organic herbal blend has really helped battle through epic jet lag, sleeplessness and through change in my normal diet which can leave you feeling stuffed up, sluggish, tired and cranky. Although you try to eat and sleep and well as possible when travelling. There are certainly some elements you cannot escape.

I would definitely recommend using an organic herbal blend like this to help cleanse your system if you haven’t embarked on one before or just feel like you need a little extra boost to kick start your detoxification process!

Cleanse O’Clock!

OK so it’s post Coachella and Im feeling a little dusty to say the least. All for the right reasons of course ;) but now its time to rejuv and detoxify!
The bod is desperately crying out for some T.L.C and being only halfway through the holiday and onto Panama later today I want to make sure I come back to reality feeling lush. So I am embarking on a cleanse!

Throughout the 2 weeks I will be coming back to the good side of consuming fresh whole foods (organic wherever and however poss!), super hydration and with a bit of assistance from a mixture of organic herbs especially designed to help cleanse the entire body. Cant wait! (pictures and updates to come)

First stop to stock up: Whole Foods Market, Venice, LA

Challenge Day 6

Day 6 was yesterday (sorry guys) so this updates a lil late..
I have 1 stretch and 1 strength left on the board for this week. But upon reaching the beach at JBR my body was crying out for a run! (of course).
Now do I listen to my bod or do whats prescribed… you see that is difficult because ultimately your body knows whats best and you want to enjoy and feel good about what you’re doing too. So that decision making process lead me to throw on my ipod and go for a good blat around the beach and the marina Felt: HIGH

On the way home swung past the organic veggie market and picked up some local produce, YUM! and after hearing raves about kale crisps from quite a few different people now weirdly. I had to laugh when I walked in as bunches of kale were there to greet me. I took 2.
OH and the creation was divine. I’ve even renamed it kale crack.
