To my fellow Savage Sisters heading to Paris!
It’s crunch time. Our last week. This is where all those countless hours of hard work for months come to shine.
All that chicken, all those greens and all that sweat and yes even tears pay off!
Every set and rep
The energy you put into it
The mental state in which you hold
Your game face
The precise portions
The precious minutes that you sleep and rest
Eeeeveeeerrrry little tiiiiiny detail counts!
I know your brains are probably mush right now but
make it better than ANYTHING you’ve ever done to date.
Lets go in with a blaze of glory and ROCK THE JOINT!!!
Might be because it’s 6 weeks out or the 1st of the month (which is always big).
Or the fact that new workouts are out and that my cardio has gone up again.
Or that my body feels super tight! Which is not entirely a bad thing right?
But I’m starting to feel the pinch!
This month I will focus on creative ways to keep everything flowing. Whether it be through yoga, boxing for cardio, teaming up with others to combine workout forces, getting my super stiff legs a sports massage! (I can feel the pain already)
The super hot bikini’s are on their way from New Zealand and the girls are booking the hotel for Paris. Exciting!

I think it was 3 rounds of 2 minute planks+ Bikram to thank for that. back and spine feel crazy good! Ripped up in the best way. Yuss! Thanks yoga I haart you so!
Leaving at 5.30am for the airport = no time for gym unless I was a complete Nazi. (No just half)
Onboard eating…. awesome! I had fruit, salad and nuts to rock on through. I know a lot of girls complain that whilst on flights they eat like s*$t because…subject to availability. Be prepared yourself! Don’t leave it to hospo to give the right fuel because quite frankly they wont. So take a healthy stock with you
Wandering the streets of Paris walking stupidly in heels for many kilometers because we got lost (does that count as endurance and calf strength training hehe )
Dinner of amazing soup and salads -easy. Cheat item of the week I had two glasses of red. How could you not in France? Seriously. Felt completely whacked. Crazy! Resistance has already lowered…
Day 1 of Week 2! wow a week has gone by already. Woke up super fresh and early (starting to sleep better now?!) and got outside to pump out a resistance workout. Will post w/o for you later. Off to Bikram to kill 2 birds with 1 stone!

300 Skips > 30 matrix sumo squats > 30 Bench Jumps > 30 Tricep Dips > 2 min Plank
250 > 25 repeat sequence
200 > 20 repeat sequence
Had the tunes blastn out outside. makes such a diff and adds some ZING!
Made some luscious salads and lots of green tea. I looove good, grunty, earthy coffee so went and bought a yummy bag of beans to grind up at home and share a fresh pot with my partner in crime.
Off to Paris tomorrow! I think this is were the test begins…eeek! exciting though!
